If Women had dicks

During numerous occasions in the working environment as a woman, I heard ridiculous comments on my gender that was passively expressed. One boss told me to go home because I looked sick without a certain amount of makeup, some days he said it was too much makeup, there was no HR, and when there was a HR they don't do anything, thinking one case will silently disappear into thin air. Even in a non-profit organization, I first comment I got was "cute" and when I didn't behave according to what they considered "cute" they got annoyed, frustrated, and almost angry. Being a woman and being yourself is ONE entity. It got me thinking, if women had dicks, and if men were the receiving end, maybe they will stop acting like they are entitled to ridiculous sexist behavior. The worst part is meeting women who succumb to such culture and take it to another level, by suggesting other women have no standards. I don't want to hear your story, nor how bad your relationship is with your wife, nor how hurt you are in being your pathetic sad self, Isn't that what wives are for? to listen to your bullshit all day? Just because I am a single girl in the working force does not entitle you to think I am in need of your presence, help, or attention. If I had a dick, the biggest dick in the room, maybe you will shut the fuck up and leave me alone.
